Andrew is a horticulture professional with over 30 years of hands-on experience in nursery operations and plant production. As a majority shareholder in a multi-generational family business, he has spent decades growing and scaling Riverside Horticulture, with a strong focus on native plants. He brings deep practical knowledge of the full growing cycle, from seed collection and processing through to finished plant production

FINANCE & OPERATIONS

Steven Dartnall has been involved in Riverside Horticulture since leaving school and brings over 11 years of experience within the business. As a shareholder in the family operation, he has developed a strong focus on financial management and operational planning, playing a key role in supporting the growth and structure of the company.

NURSERY DEVELOPMENT

Fergus Dartnall has been involved in Riverside Horticulture since leaving school and brings over 8 years of hands-on experience in nursery operations. As part of the family business, he has developed strong practical skills, particularly in supporting the physical development of nursery infrastructure.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Kaylee Tavendale has been part of Riverside Horticulture for 6 years and plays a key role in day-to-day nursery operations. With a strong work ethic and a “get it done” approach, she combines hands-on production experience with team leadership and operational organisation.
